Scene 15 is a new Youth Film Festival taking place from 30^th November to 2^nd December, in Waterford City. Scene 15 will be an amazing opportunity for youths nationwide as there are great prizes to be won in the categories of Best Comedy, Best Fiction, Made in Waterford Award, Audience Award and Best Documentary, as well as successful candidates having their film shown in Storm Cinema as part of the festival. Film entries are welcome from all over Ireland for this event with the regulation that the films must be made by or with young people under the age of 21.
